Clue® Trader is a unique product that provides optional certified Chip and PIN hardware solutions to cater for differing airline requirements. The SkyPad Plus and SkyPort Plus solutions provide an integrated point-of-sale (POS) AND Chip and PIN handheld device. The SkyTablet solution provides the Chip and PIN functionality as a separate device which connects wirelessly to the POS. Clue® Trader enables you to literally take the point of sale and the payment method to the passenger, whilst giving you and your passengers the security of using a certified Chip and PIN solution.
Chip and PIN functionality is provided by a high security PINpad with the following key features:
- Tamper-responsive high security module.
- Security approvals including PCI PED, Interpay, APCA and ZKA.
- DES, Triple-DES and RSA encryption.
- EMV 2000 Levels 1 and 2.
The Clue® Trader inflight software, Clue® SkyTrader, is a POS system which provides a total onboard sales service for airlines; this integrates seamlessly with Clue® GroundTrader which provides a comprehensive range of services for supporting inflight sales, such as flight and bar planning.
