GroundTrader Summary
GroundTrader provides a powerful comprehensive ground system for the Head Office and multiple Bonded Warehouses. This seamlessly integrates with the Clue® Trader inflight point-of-sales (POS) solution, SkyTrader. GroundTrader is a modular system that enables airlines to implement a core set of functionality, with the option to extend functionality further with the addition of more modules, such as inventory control. The GroundTrader system interfaces with third party systems such as Payroll and Credit Card Clearing Houses. In addition, GroundTrader can interface with third party POS systems.
GroundTrader and LinkTrader are part of the Clue® Trader software suite and are available with the Clue® Trader inflight hardware solutions, such as SkyPad and SkyPort. BOM can develop bespoke airline-specific GroundTrader and LinkTrader solutions.

In addition GroundTrader interfaces to the following systems:

Data can be transferred between GroundTrader and SkyTrader via:
- CompactFlash cards
- PCMCIA cards
- Pod (combined memory and battery unit)
- GPRS
- Docking stations
- A combination of the above
The Clue® Trader hardware can be extended to include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®, thereby enabling wireless networking within the aircraft and wireless data transfer between stationary aircraft and your back office system.
