Training
A typical 'Train the Trainers' course will give a general overview of the hardware and software and an introduction to the core functionality, before the course concentrates on those aspects of the application that will be of particular use to the delegates in their jobs. Our training ensures that key personnel in each area have an understanding of the 'big picture' - enabling the smooth running of the whole system. This enables you to provide inhouse training to your cabin crew staff. We also offer computer-based training (CBT) courses, which can be made available on your intranet for cabin crew to undertake at their convenience.
Our trainers have extensive knowledge of the real-world situations in which Clue® Trader is used, consequently they are able to produce training materials that are both meaningful and useful.
Location: Training programs can be carried out at your own training facility or at our facility in Bristol.
Level: Our Clue® Trader courses cater for all levels of user, from beginners right up to system supervisor level. If necessary, the Clue® Trader training can be preceded by a course in the basics of using Windows.
Manuals: All delegates receive a Clue® Trader Training Guide to use during the course and to take away for later reference.
